Clinical Patient Management (CPM) Exam Candidate Orientation Manual

Travel & Lodging Information

Please do not make any travel arrangements until ABC has provided an appointment confirmation with the exact date and time of your exam. Appointment details are emailed 30 to 45 days prior to the day of your scheduled exam.

Airport

The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 5 minutes from the exam site.

You should expect to be at the exam site for approximately four and a half hours, or up to six hours if you’ve been approved for Testing Accommodations. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Hotel Accommodations

Candidates are responsible for their own lodging expenses during the exam period. A room block is reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore at a group rate for exam candidates.

Hotel Shuttle to Exam Site

The Garden Inn Tampa Airport Westshore provides a complimentary shuttle for candidates to the exam site. The shuttle schedule is coordinated with exam times to ensure timely arrival for check-in. Your specific shuttle time will be included in your appointment confirmation email.

For shuttle pick-up details, please check with the hotel front desk upon arrival.
