Prosthetic-Orthotic Assistant
- Requires both applications.
- Successful completion of both exams, will result in the Certified Prosthetic-Orthotic Assistant (CPOA) credential.
*Late Applications: Late applications can be submitted for up to 14 days after the deadline, subject to a late fee.
Annual Renewal Fee (required once certification is awarded): $150
Prorated for your first year. Due by December 1st.
