Carter, Executive Director, are pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Gleeson as the Director of Recertification (formerly Continuing Education) effective March 11, 2019.

“Michelle promises to be a tremendous asset to ABC as we redefine our continuing education program. Her experience provides us with a firm base on which to build our focus on the importance of recertification and appropriate continuing education,” says Carter.

Gleeson’s immediate efforts will center on redefining ABC’s Recertification program as the organization looks to execute its vision for a modern and customer-centered recertification process and platform. Gleeson’s long-term goals for the department include strengthening her team, improving the recertification process and continuing to provide the best customer service possible to ABC’s credentialed individuals.
