Mastectomy Only

Our goal is to provide affordable, cost-effective accreditation programs for mastectomy-only patient care facilities. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to keep our costs reasonable and operate as efficiently as possible. This allows us to keep application and renewal fees low, especially when compared with other accrediting organizations. 

First-time Applicant 
The total cost of accreditation depends on the services you provide and the number and/or location of your patient care facilities. The fee includes both the application and onsite survey fees. Application and survey fees are non-refundable. 

• Mastectomy-only Primary Location:  $1,475
• Mastectomy-only Affiliate Location (1):  $800
• Mastectomy-only Affiliate (maximum of 4): $775   

Essentially Women (EW) Application Discount Policy 
If you are an active EW member, you are eligible for a discount on the accreditation application fee. To obtain the discount, please include your EW member number on the online application. Requests for discount reimbursement or refunds after you submit your application are not allowed.  

EW members that are providing services in addition to mastectomy, such as orthotics and prosthetics, are not eligible for the discount.

Annual Fees 
Once your facility is accredited, there is an annual fee for each location. We email and mail invoices for your annual fee along with a Contact Verification form in mid-September and they are due December 1st. If your payment is not received by December 1st, we will no longer list your facility in the ABC directory and you will be subject to a $25 late fee.

• Mastectomy-only primary location:  $300
• Mastectomy-only affiliate location:  $150  

Renewing Applicants  
Your accreditation is valid for up to three years. Prior to your expiration, you will need to reapply and be resurveyed. The renewal fee is based on the current services you provide and includes both the application and onsite survey fee.

• Affiliate Location:  $600 ($575 for each additional location - maximum of 4 locations)
