Mastectomy Only

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective accreditation programs for patient care facilities. As a nonprofit organization, ABC is committed to keeping accreditation affordable while operating efficiently and responsibly—so you can focus your resources where they matter most: patient care.

2026 Fees

First-time Applicant 

The total cost of accreditation depends on the services you provide and the number and/or location of your patient care facilities. The fee includes both the application and onsite survey fees. Application and survey fees are non-refundable. 

• Mastectomy-only Primary Location:  $1,490
• Mastectomy-only Affiliate (maximum of 4 locations): $810   

Essentially Women (EW) Application Discount Policy 
If you are an active EW member, you are eligible for a discount on the accreditation application fee. To obtain the discount, please include your EW member number on the online application. Requests for discount reimbursement or refunds after you submit your application are not allowed.  

EW members that are providing services in addition to mastectomy, such as orthotics and prosthetics, are not eligible for the discount.

Annual Fees 

Once your facility is accredited, there is an annual fee for each location. We email and mail invoices for your annual fee along with a Contact Verification form in mid-September and they are due December 1st. If your payment is not received by December 1st, we will no longer list your facility in the ABC directory.

• Mastectomy-only primary location:  $315
• Mastectomy-only affiliate location:  $160  

Renewing Applicants  

Prior to your expiration, you will need to reapply and be resurveyed. The renewal fee is based on the current services you provide and includes both the application and onsite survey fee.
