April 2027 → First Dual-Discipline Simulation Exam.

May 2027 → First Dual-Discipline Clinical Patient Management (CPM) Exam.

Nov 30, 2027 → Deadline to complete single-discipline residencies & exams.

Jan 1, 2028 → Only dual-discipline CPO pathway available.
