2021 Expiring Facilities
If your facility accreditation is expiring in 2021, your online application is due within the next six months. Please make sure to submit your applications by the deadline in order to avoid the $250 late fee per facility and a lapse in your accreditation.

2021 Annual Fees
Annual fees for 2021 were due for facilities and individuals on December 1, 2020, but it’s not too late to submit your payment! Annual fees are separate and different from your renewal application fees and are due every year. Log in to your facility’s MY ABC account now if you still need to pay.

Keep Your Records Updated
To ensure that you’re not missing out on important news and notifications from us, log in to your MY ABC account to confirm that we have your current email and mailing addresses. Remember, you can also update your facility’s contact information, personnel, access the Compliance Kit and much more all in your account.
