Steven A. St. Lucia, Revocation of CPed, July

Sonya Raishevich, Suspension of CFm, July

Nathan P. LaPerriere, Suspension of certification eligibility, November

The Professional Ethics Committee reviewed 20 complaints in total, resulting in six suspensions, revocations or probations.  In addition, 26 Cease & Desist orders were delivered to individuals or facilities that ABC learned were improperly representing ABC certification or accreditation titles. ​ ​​​​

 2018 PEC Sanctions

William J. Messer, Suspension of CO credential, August

The Committee also placed three individuals on Probation and issued 12 cease and desist orders were individuals or facilities whom ABC learned were improperly representing ABC certification titles. ​

 2017 PEC Sanctions

Bryan Bachan Ballie, Suspension of C.Ped. credential, June — Reinstated April 2017


The Committee also placed one individual on probation and issued one Letter of Reprimand. 
Cease and desist orders were issued to 11 individuals or facilities whom ABC learned were improperly representing ABC certification titles.
