of Facility Accreditation however, after ten years of service I will be leaving
my current position at ABC at the end of February. My duties currently include
reviewing Corrective Action Plans, interpreting the Facility Accreditation
Standards and communicating with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
(CMS) to ensure that Medicare Compliancy is being met. I oversee the
accreditation department to ensure your needs are being met. If you have any

my name is Tammi Richards, Manager
of Facility Accreditation. I have worked in the Facility Accreditation
Department for over eight years. My knowledge of the in and outs of accreditation have equipped me to
answer all questions and most situations that arise. My daily activities range
from coordinating surveyors, handling inquiries and ensuring that the

Accreditation Assistant and I’ve been with ABC for over two years. My duties include reviewing your survey
reports, processing accreditation letters and creating certificates for
facilities that have passed their onsite surveys. This process can take between
4-6 weeks to provide you with a written response of your survey results. If you
have not received a written response within that timeframe please contact me. The
