A pending ruling by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will implement new regulations of all commercial fax communications. The ruling states that prior written consent must be obtained for all faxes containing “any material advertising the commercial availability or quality of any property, goods, or services.” Numerous ABC communications with you may be affected, including information on annual renewals, exam applications, and continuing education forms.
In order to minimize your costs of communication with ABC, we are seeking your written consent to continue receiving faxes from our offices. Preserving flexible communication is one way in which ABC is continually seeking to maintain cost effective communications with you.
