How often will my facility be inspected?Most accreditations are valid for up to three years. You need to apply for re-accreditation six months prior to the expiration date of your accreditation. This process includes submitting a renewal application along with all the appropriate fees and undergoing a new onsite survey to ensure your facility is maintaining the accreditation standards. ABC also reserves the right to visit any ABC accredited facility at any time to conduct a Quality Control Survey; ABC does not charge for Quality Control Surveys.
I’m currently accredited. How do I add a scope of practice?Your facility will have to be surveyed in order to add another scope of practice. To apply for another scope of practice, you must submit an application with a detailed cover letter and application fees. On page one of your application, please make sure you mark Service Add-on. Please mail these materials to the address listed on the application.

What do I do if I’m discontinuing a service?You must submit a detailed cover letter to inform ABC of a removal of service. Please also include the effective date of this change.
