How can the public find out about my accreditation?
ABC encourages you to promote your accreditation at your facility, on your website, or in your local paper. ABC accredited facilities also appear on two websites. ABC accredited facilities are listed in ABC's online directory and are also listed in the online directory at the ABC sponsored website, OandPCare.org.

How can I order a certificate/accreditation letter/survey report reprint?
Reprints are $25 each.  Payment must be received prior to mailing, emailing, or faxing the requested documentation.  You can fax these requests to (703) 836-0838 or you may mail them to 330 John Carlyle St, Ste 210, Alexandria, VA  22314, to the attention of Facility Accreditation.

I just became accredited.  Where do I obtain a copy of the ABC logo for usage?

The ABC logos and Logo Guidelines are available on the Form/Document section of our website.  For alternate formats and resolutions of the logos, please contact Megan Damewood at mdamewood@abcop.org.

Where can I obtain a copy of a sample press release to publicize my accreditation status?
A sample press release was included with your accreditation packet.  You may also login to the ABC website using your organization ID and password to access ABC’s sample press release in Microsoft Word format.  If you would like a sample press release faxed to you, please fax your request to (703) 836-0838, to the attention of Facility Accreditation.

Will ABC notify anyone of my accreditation?
ABC notifies CMS of all accreditation decisions once they are final.  Additionally, ABC may notify other payers or interested parties of the status of a facility’s accreditation as well as issue public statements concerning the accreditation of applicants.
