Staff 

Directs the organizational leadership of all ABC activities including strategic planning initiatives, program development and financial management.  She is also responsible for the consistent achievement of the organization’s mission and objectives.

Directs ABC's Professional Discipline Program and handles all ethical issues. He also facilitates coordination of the professional/clinical issues across all ABC programs. In addition, Steve serves as the Scope of Practice and licensure liaison, and ABC’s government relations representative. Steve is also responsible for facilitating all examination development activities.

Directs all of ABC’s public relations and marketing activities.  This includes policy development, coordination with professional organizations and event participation. She also serves as the contact for all activities related to promoting the interests and value of ABC credentialed individuals and accredited facilities.

Develops and administers all information services and technology policy. She is also responsible for database integrity, the annual renewal process and database management. 

Responsible for general continuing education program inquiries, continuing education credit documentation and also provides credential verification.  She also serves as the Program Assistant for Professional Discipline, Scope of Practice and licensure issues.

Responsible for ABC’s facility accreditation application and on-site survey management process.  She communicates with applicant facilities and handles requests for survey blackout dates.

Responsible for accreditation application assistance and responds to general accreditation questions.  He also handles inquiries on application receipt and status updates, corresponds with facilities regarding incomplete application materials, survey time frame and coordinates receipt of Corrective Action Plans.

Responsible for general certification program inquiries, including application status for all credentialing programs. She also serves as the primary contact for the ABC Certified Pedorthist and Certified Technician programs. 

Supports all of ABC’s public relations and marketing activities. She is responsible for mailing list sales, coordinates advertising placement, researches, writes and prepares external and internal communications.  She is also the liaison to O&P education programs nationwide.

Responsible for all general inquiries as well as providing credential verification and assistance with all administrative activities.
