Staff 

Directs the organizational leadership of all ABC activities including strategic planning initiatives, program development and financial management.  She is also responsible for the consistent achievement of the organization’s mission and objectives.

Directs ABC's Professional Discipline Program and handles all ethical issues. He also facilitates coordination of the professional/clinical issues across all ABC programs. In addition, Steve serves as the Scope of Practice and licensure liaison, and ABC’s government relations representative. Steve is also responsible for facilitating all examination development activities.

Manages ABC’s professional credentialing programs.  She is responsible for the certification application review and examination registration process.  She is also the primary contact for practitioner candidates.

Manages the application and verification process for all continuing education credits and is responsible for the processing of sponsor fees.   

Responsible for ABC’s facility accreditation application and on-site survey management process.  She communicates with applicant facilities and handles requests for survey blackout dates.

Responsible for general certification program inquiries, including application status for all credentialing programs. She also serves as the primary contact for the ABC Certified Pedorthist and Certified Technician programs. 

Responsible for general office management, human resources, meeting and event planning as well as accounts receivable.

Post Certification Assistant Responsible for general continuing education program inquiries and continuing education credit documentation. Provides credential verification and certificate reprints.

Responsible for reviewing all Corrective Action Plans. She corresponds with applicant facilities on accreditation standards questions and provides analysis on standards compliance issues.
