To access the online forms or payment system, you must login to the site. When you use either of these systems, we will collect and store personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, SSN, phone number, etc.) that is specifically and knowingly provided by you.
ABC makes credentialed individual and accredited facility information available to third parties using the printed Registry and Reference Guide and the on-line directory. We also provide data to third parties that offer products and services. You may ask ABC to refrain from disclosing the data we collect to third parties by contacting ABC.
This site uses cookies to track logins in the online forms and payment systems, but not for any other purpose. You can set your web browser to block cookies, but you will not be able to log in to the online forms or payment systems.

ABC does not disclose credit card account information you have provided. When you chose to pay annual fees or examination fees using a credit card, ABC submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.

Cancellation of Fees Paid On-line:
Payment of annual fees is one of the requirements of retaining a status of good standing. Should you wish to cancel the payment of fees paid on-line you must contact ABC at 703-836-7114.
